Fast forward to 2021 when we stopped at an open house rather unexpectedly and giving him a call at 3pm asking if he could represent us. He not only sent the offer documentation the same night, assisted us with finding mortgage dealers to completing the purchase in 30 days. My wife and I started our home search in the beginning of 2021 right at the start of the booming housing market. Though James provided continuous and accurate recommendations, my wife and I did not truly understand the crazy market that we were entering. With numerous failed offers, we started to understand the true market pricing and the strategy we would need to buy our home. James was extremely patient through the process and continued to encourage us even when things seemed impossible. As soon as we found an interesting house, James would immediately establish contact with the sellers agents to book us an appointment (which usually filled up the same day). Finally, after many months of trying to purchase a home we found the right one. James went the extra mile to personally talk to and convince the seller's agent to give us the opportunity to purchase the home. My wife and I are convinced that if it had not been for this extra effort, we would not have had our offer accepted. We finally had an accepted offer. Little did we know, that was just half the battle. James provided us a ton of support and recommendations to help us expedite on our 21 day closing. To add to James's great capabilities as a Realtor , James is also mortgage broker. Prior to our accepted offer, we already had financing in place, but James was able to help us find an even better rate for our loan. Not only was he able to get us the best rate, he was able to push it through to closing in expedited time frame we needed. This is a very long review of our experience with James, but I am sure I am forgetting a lot of other very positive experiences we had with him. We couldn't be happier to have worked with James and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
